"Really nice stay for any kind of trips or vacations"

"Clean rooms, close to shopping areas. "

"The room was clean, spacious, well maintained. A bit bare basics in terms of amenities. However, the staff was very responsive and helpful. The location is pretty central to Mangalore. Walking distance from auto stand, would also get inter city buses from there."

"I enjoyed my time here"

"Stay was very comfortable and the staff was absolutely friendly... "

"Good stay overall. Service was satisfactory could have been better but can’t complain given the price I paid for my stay here"

"Ginger stay in Mangalore was a pleasant experience.Well located decent budget place ,very pleasant well behaved staff. The restaurant is good,a tasty buffet breakfast.A bit of maintainance will make d rooms better . Simple requirements like dental kit ,shower cap could be provided with having to get on extra payment. All in all a good place to stay for a short visit.Would highly recommend."

"The most horrible hotel and the worst experience booking through Expedia, the staff do not understand English, they hang up on you, tell you that they don’t have the confirmation and ask you to pay again. Please don’t pick this place"

"Location is good. Clean property. But they donot provide more than half litre drinking water. They want us to purchase. That is not correct. Enen aqua guard water was not given..for two occupants they provide one towel and one soap only..."

"The Hotel is on the main road and easily accessible from all areas ..It is maintained well and the staff at the reception are courteous...The breakfast served is tasty and fresh.."

"It's a decent place but still feels a bit too compact. Stayed there for 3 days and the last day we didn't have hot water and the staff weren't that helpful. Parking can be a hassle as there is limited parking spots. The place was tidy but some mosquitoes would appear from nowhere. Decent place for the price but staff need to be more attentive and helpful."

"The rooms were smelling really bad and the water was dirty and the washroom was extremely poor"

"Room is much dirtier than pictures shown in website. Charged me for just delaying check out for 1 hr. Also breakfast is not included. Seems verymuch over priced for this average rooms."

"0/10, No Reception Counter, on first floor without Lift, Very very Filthy. Surprised how Hotel.com even approved such a terrible place on their list. "
