"This was one of the best places we stayed on our travels! There were two large sofas so all 4 of us could sit comfortably. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to cook. It was nice to have our own balcony to sit out. Our host helped us with a driver and was generally very helpful. "

Despite following the instructions and attempting to engage the hot water system multiple times, the unit remained non-functional. This was particularly distressing as it was midnight and I was traveling with my elderly mother, who was unwell at the time and required basic comforts that the property failed to provide.
2) Negligent Communication: The check-in process was highly...

Thanks to your clean and comfortable accommodation, our trip to Okinawa became even more beautiful and enjoyable.
We truly appreciate the excellent condition of the place and your kind hospitality. We did our best to tidy up before leaving, but please kindly excuse us if anything is not perfectly in order.
Thank you once again for providing such a pleasant stay.
Kind regards"
