We were able to show them our hotels.com info and they were fine. The room was big and had a good ac. Bed was a little hard, but fine. The toilet paper wasn't in the bathroom, and after having a shower, we realized why. Most of our stays had a wet bathroom, but this one got completely wet. There was no English speaking TV channels so glad I had a book with me. Nice hotel but not likely to stay there again. "
