"Awesome location - so good I went back twice on same trip. Stayed in two types of accommodation and both were outstanding. Great value and so close to everything. Restaurant quality is excellent, breakfast could maybe be a little more expansive. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, will be back "

"This accommodation is appropriate for younger travelers in search of a hostel. Avoid if that is not in line with your travel style or you’re not interested in listening to large groups of merry revelers drinking and singing loudly from their overcrowded rooms. The check in experience is the most concerning aspect of this accommodation. Buried behind a “check in instructions” link in your Expedia booking, it will tell you that there is no on-site staff and that you will receive your check in code via text—we never received a text and it took 4 attempts to reach them via phone (at a number pulled from google maps since they do not have a valid phone number in their Expedia listing). Once we were provided our room number, we found the door unlocked without the key required to secure the door. We wound up booking the last available room in the surrounding area under duress via phone, then drove 30 minutes to our new accommodation. "

"Fantastic location on the harbour front. Staff are great. Negative is the description on Expedia. There are only SEVEN parking spaces so became an issue with hiring a car. There is NO electric charge points so had to ask the very helpful staff at the Hotel. The car parking you need to download the app and is 250NK per DAY and is situated very close which isn't the issue but fighting with tourists and campavans which AREN'T supposed to park inside some of the car park. This isn't a reflection of the Villa but it's description on Expedia doesn't reflect the practical issues. Also had to deal with noisy people because of the Midnight sun meaning people still outside at night. The staff dealt with one issue promptly so no fault on their behalf. Had a great time and recommend but do your homework first. "

"We used the Nordis Apts as a jumping off point for a Backroads hiking trip with 2 of our adult kids. There was a living room that was comfortable as well as two bedrooms. It was perfect for our needs and we wouldn’t hesitate to use it again. Very preferable to staying in a hotel when traveling with family. "
