"This was actually our second stay at Lum as when our flights were delayed we wanted a little haven to relax and enjoy our extra time in the South. The staff here were so friendly and helpful and everything about the complex made it feel like a lovely place to stay. Vi hade en fin vistelse och det är ett fint hotell men vi tyckte det saknades lite ”feeling”, hotellet kändes överlag mörkt och tyst trots att det bodde mycket människor där. Hade varit trevligt med lite musik på eftermiddagen/ kvällen som gav stället lite mer energi, tror det även hade lockat dit fler folk. "
