"the bed was not a king size you only get 2 pillows that have no cushion in them and the liner of the bed is plastic which makes the bed so hot. and on the portal it said 5 per dog stay they charge you 50 deposit first false advertising"

"Great location and parking with restaurants and shopping close by. Staff members were absolutely marvelous. I’m so sorry I can’t remember the young man’s name that checked us in. He was the most polite and welcoming person I’ve EVER encountered during checkin. My wife and I travel very often and he really stood out. I can’t find any faults during our stay. Wonderful breakfast and so quiet that we joked that we were the only people in the hotel but we weren’t. This is our new hotel for our frequent Houston trips. Maybe we’ll create a trip just to come back here. EXCELLENT ALL AROUND "

"We received breakfast vouchers, and all they had was waffles, toast, cereal and juice. One of my family members asked the kitchen staff lady for fruit yet she never acknowledged she just looked at her in an ugly manner but shortly later brought the fruit. Dissatisfied "
