"Property advertised was not the property we got. Paid for a three bedroom penthouse and got a two bedroom non penthouse. Advertised Address on expedia in in jersey city and phone number for contact on expedia is incorrect. Although Gary was very nice and helpfull the listing of property and what was paid for was was not the same whether expedia miss listing or not idk. The room was still nice just wasn't what i paid for on expedia

"I love this property. The location is beautiful with a mix of water views/greenery but still very much NYC. The staff are phenomenal. I highly recommend sitting at the bar in the lobby restaurant or the bar on the rooftop and talking to the staff, they’re exceptional. "
"Easy check-in with very friendly and helpful staff. I made the statement that we chose the perfect place to stay because we can do a NYC tour and leave our car at the hotel even when we check out."

The property itself could use some work, it is obvious that it was once really nice and a few good weeks of repairs would do wonders. The shelf in the shower is sharp, if someone ever has a medical issue and passes out they could get seriously injured.
Really great place, amazing location, incredibly lovely staff and could really be a polished gem with little effort."
