"This hotel has been advertised as "close to airport and shuttle available". In truth, the hotel is 45 min away from the airport and there is no shuttle service. Due to the misleading information , I have missed my flight, had to pay for taxi. It cost me over $600 extra out of my pocket. I have been using hotels.com for over 6 years and have not had problems and they have been very accurate until now. I just want to make sure that nobody else faces the same problems what I did, because of untrue...
