Great stay, fourth summer staying here. Highly recommend! Excellent breakfast with waiters you will find nowhere. Sunbeds and beach umbrellas a plus! Short walk to great restaurants and Dzintari Konzert Hall. I highly recommend Baltic Beach resort!! Thank you to all staff and beyond!

Staff was super helpful and friendly! Definitely make up for the place. Breakfast was nice as well as bar area in the evening. This hotel is a bit dated in their rooms, specially bathrooms as well as no USB chargers. SPA area is nice, yet lacking free drinking water. Strange shopping facilities inside the building, reminding some Turkish hotels. Overall I'd say this hotel is 3* rather than anything more.

Ich war überrascht! Atmosphäre wunderbar! Sogar Weihnachtsmann war am Ort mit seiner Helferin Elf. Kinder freundlichen Spielplätze und Möglichkeiten den Schnee genießen! Beim Spaziergang dürften wir Schlitten mitnehmen. Sauna sehr sauber und viel Platz. Mir ist was ganz schreckliches passiert, beim umziehen habe meine teuere Uhr im umkleide vergessen und erst nach 3 Stunden gemerkt! Ich dürfte rein suchen und die letzte Schanz bei Administrator nachfragen! Meine Uhr hat gefunden eine von Mitarbeitern und abgegeben! Bin in Tränen ausgebrochen ! Als Dankeschön haben wir Kuchen gebracht und herzlich bedanken! Das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Also Top Arbeit und Ehrlichkeit! Wir waren 5 Nächste in diesem Hotel. Service Super, Essen köstlich, sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereit! Dankeschön noch mal für die schöne Zeit!!! Familie Ludwig

I stay with my mother and she is Whellchear user and I want to mention hotel has very poor amenities for disabled people, in room 305, which was designed as adapted for disabled people bathroom do not have any support to handle, no special bath chear was provided and hotel staff mention to as what not many disabled people coming to to stay, such answer I consider as discrimination against disability. During all our stay not offer even to open for as the door to access hotel garden and beach, no help provided to sit down my mother in the car. The hotel staff completely do not have idea how to serve and behave if guest has visible disability. We not feel welcomed. Hotel provided false info about amenities for disabled people. I think it’s not acceptable for five star service!

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Hotel und vor Allem die Zimmer entsprechen auf keinen Fall einem 5*-Hotel- total veraltet und heruntergewirtschaftet. Die Pandemiestandards werden weder vom Personal noch von den Gästen eingehalten.

Очень жаль, что в Юрмале нет альтернативных вариантов пляжных СПА отелей. Атмосфера в отеле с налетом советского времени. Персонал за стойкой администрации замученный и довольно пассивный, цены завышены, за что отелю присвоены 5 звезд непонятно. В номерах нет бокалов для вина, интерьер старый, набор ванных пренадлежностей скудный. Из плюсов - хороший завтрак и частная зона на пляже.

Great spot with the beautiful beach just out the door. Plus close to the main hub of Jūrmala. Very friendly staff. Due to covid regulations the spa was not worth the visit.

We were not allowed to Board United Airlines because wqe did not have the correct Covid19 test. So we did not stay at the hotel. I called Expedia and the agent said she would contact the hotel to let them know and then I should hear from the hotel. Never heard from the hotel and nothing from Expedia.

Rigtig fint hotel. Yderst god service. Roomservice kunne godt være bedre,serverede forkert mad 2 gange. Indretningen virke lidt slidt, især når det er et 5 stjernet hotel.
