"Room was clean but had a fairly large bug in our room we chased it down to flush. I did show photo to front desk being told that it is not a roach and it may have flown into room while it was being cleaned. I noticed that there is enough space between the door and the floor for these critters to possibly crawl under so yes I did place a towel down each night so that I could sleep.
