"Good amenities and food. We did have some issues in our room with water dripping down from the ceiling (air conditioning?) in the middle of the night. It woke us up and we had to put towels down. Certainly didn't ruin the visit, though."

"The room was in a state of utter disrepair. The door was missing paint, and the entrance floor was worse than a public restroom’s. The bathroom was equally appalling, with no cleaning done in ages. The electrical outlet was exposed, and the TV controller and air conditioning unit had clearly been neglected for some time. On the positive side, the location was great. However, this was the most outdated and unkempt Chain Hotel I’ve ever stayed at in over a decade, and I travel for work. ."

"Booked an over night stay to port out for a cruise the next day and when I say from check in to check out the process was smooth. It gets better…. My room was SOOO CLEAN… coming from a germ-a-phobe I am particular when it comes to cleanliness and I had to go back to the front desk and thank them for an immaculate room. I knew from the time I watched one of the workers mom the floor in the motion she was mopping that they were clean but this topped my expectations. Pin this review because I am a real customer with a very real experience. Thank you hotel staff. "

"The presentation of property and staff were excellent. With that said, the room with 2 beds were doubles and have clear room for queen size beds, which would make the sleeping arrangement way more comfortable for guests. The mattresses were hard. Even the toilet paper was cheap. The restaurants were overpriced, especially when within walking distance you can find just as quality of food for 1/3rd the price. The railing in the courtyards obstructed the view and should be replaced. Needed more lounge space on the beach."
