"We had an unfortunate start to our trip where, due to an error between TV and Expedia systems, are bookings were gone, even though we had paid months in advance. The situation was saved by the fast work of Vanit, the manager, who very quickly resolved the matter and provided a welcome upgrade. "The room is clean and spacious. I got the creekside room. The balcony area is almost as big as the room itself. The staffs are so nice to my family. The place is run by a local husband-wife team that live on the property. My husband was sick and they offer to take him to the hospital. Parking is easy and plentiful. "
