5 stars – Peaceful and Comfortable Stay in June Lake We really enjoyed our stay at Whispering Pines Inn in June Lake. We booked a one-bedroom unit with a kitchenette, and it felt like a cozy little apartment. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The location was perfect for exploring the lakes and hiking trails nearby. The front office wasn’t staffed during our visit, but there was a sign with a phone number to call or text. The person we contacted was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a great place to relax and recharge after a day of outdoor adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

No one working in the front office. No Maid service ,kitchen is in poor condition. Had a hard time trying to get clean linen and Towels . Parking lot building lights. We're mostly out very dark. The Mountain View was beautiful, though.

Good value and location. Property is run down, and it would be nice to have an outdoor area to sit and enjoy the view. That said, the Mosquitos were awful so not sure we would have been able to sit outside. We killed many Mosquitos in our room when we first arrived. Also, the windows in front didn't open so the room was very stuffy. And the portable fan in one of our rooms was broken. The housekeepers were very nice - it sort of strange that there was no one in the office the entire stay.
