Even though we had to go to another hotel that night, the staff did a wonderful job of making things right for us by comping us one night and reducing rates on the remainder of the stay. The staff was exceeding friendly and upon a return to Junction City I would definitely stay at this Hampton and will refer others to this hotel."

"The area was very nice. It is right next to a small park that was very convenient with my dog. The young lady who checked me in was ver, very nice. The room was great and the price was gteat."

"The young man who was at the front desk upon arrival on 9/16 evening should get a raise! He listened and responded to all our questions and concerns. His customer satisfaction score is 10+. You are blessed to have him as an employee/associate. Please thank him for us. The morning lady 9/17 at the front desk and serving breakfast was a real gem too. So friendly and courteous. She anticipated our needs before we asked. She deserves a raise too! You are blessed to have her on your staff!"
