Bom custo benefício. Mas bastante barulho dos outros quartos e de uma casa de eventos próxima. O quarto é confortável, com ar condicionado, tv. Mas o excesso de barulho realmente incomoda.

Bom custo benefício

Pessoal muito simpático. Principalmente o Yago na recepção. Quarto bom, tv Smart. Chuveiro bom. Colchão é box, apesar de eu preferir mais duro, tive uma boa noite de sono nele. Café da manhã com yogurte, 2 tipos de suco, bolo, alguns tipo de pães, queijo, presunto, ovos mexidos, salsicha, pão de queijo, mamão, abacaxi, café, leite. Para mim, foi o suficiente. Já é a segunda vez q hospedo nesse hotel. Ele fica mais no começo da cidade, mas tem um supermercado BH por perto, posto Shell de frente. Hospital da Unimed próximo. A uns 10 a 15 minutos de carro da universidade Federal. E a uns 15 minutos até o centro. Houve um pequeno barulho de música alta devido a casa de show, mas nada que atrapalhasse o sono, devido estar bem distante. Assim mesmo fechei a porta do banheiro abafou o pequeno barulho de música.

Problemático.

Bem, o hotel em si não é ruim, o quarto tem um bom tamanho, tem uma cama grande e de bom colchão, tem smart TV (embora a internet estivesse instável demais); o banheiro também é espaçoso. As opções para desjejum são muito simples, porém, é possível comer bem. Ainda sobre o hotel, a parte ruim fica com o travesseiro, que é muito alto. A respeito de algo que extrapola o hotel: a vizinhança esteve extremamente barulhenta no final de semana em que ali estive hospedado. Não sei se é uma casa de eventos, mas tanto no sábado como no domingo, houve show por muitas horas seguidas, e parecia que o quarto continha uma caixa de som do evento tamanho era o barulho. Incomodava DEMAIS, atrapalhando a dormir nos dois dias citados. Um problema relacionado a barulho também houve no domingo e na segunda-feira, mas aí tem a ver com hóspede sem educação, já que alguns passavam falando alto e até gritando por volta das 5:50, ou seja, pessoas que se encaminhavam para o salão do café da manhã. Enfim, pelo hotel, minha nota (0 a 10) seria 7; mas pelas circunstâncias descritas acima, minha nota será 1.

O sanitário estava entupido, solicitei ao recepcionista se haveria possibilidade de trocar de quarto, ele disse que não seria possível, ficou de enviar alguém para manutenção, que em minutos já veio ao quarto e perguntou qual o problema. Falei que o sanitário estava entupido, ele disse que iria ver se conseguiria a troca de aposento, saiu e não voltou mais. Não obtive sequer uma resposta ou mesmo tentativa de desentupir. Achei um descaso total.
