We were welcomed by a friendly staff who was able to check up in early. The hotel has a wonderful big swimming pool that we enjoyed. It is right by the river front with a walking path, restaurants and sports courts. We had a great stay.

O hotel é antigo e por isso peca nos detalhes, como porta da varanda que emperra ao abrir, tampas dos ralos que saem facilmente, móveis antigos com portas difíceis de abrir, ar condicionado que não refrigera tão bem. Enfim, construção antiga, não faz reforma e deprecia. Mas tem alguns pontos que compensam, tais como: o café da manhã é bom, a localização é ótima, nenhum outro hotel de Juazeiro ou Petrolina dá acesso à orla de Juazeiro tão bem quento este, que permite visitar a pé, pois fica ao lado. O serviço é bom, com pessoal gentil e atencioso. O estacionamento é amplo , na frente do hotel, não é fechado, mas fica num espaço privado do hotel. Algumas pessoas dormem no chão em alguns espaços que ficam na frente do hotel, mas são seres humanos que não fazem mal a ninguém. Além disso tem uma piscina enorme e uma bela vista do rio São Francisco.
