"It is a quaint little hotel. The breakfast is convenient and bountiful with lots of options. Location is great for exploring the town. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Excellent location: very close to the train station. The room was very clean and quiet but very small. The bed was comfortable and I was able to get a restful sleep. The breakfast buffet had freshly baked baguette and freshly squeezed orange juice, very fluffy eggs, plus other choices of food."

"Gently fading grandeur. We had a lovely time and the pool/spa are very nice. Staff were friendly. Bar prices seem to reflect what this hotel used to be like, rather than its current state of maintenance as a few things weren't working eg room phones, spa shower. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked lovely."
