"At first the room look clean but then we noticed there was dried ketchup? Or something all over the bottom bedskirt. We let the front desk know and they just draped fabric over it.
That wasn’t what ruined the stay. It was waking up to a nail gun and construction going on outside our door in the hallway at 9 am?! No heads-up? Would have been nice to been warm or moved knowing that this was going to be happening? Staff must of known?
Nothing offered to be taken off our bill when mentioned. Just sorry. I just think moving forward with other guests it could be handled better. "

We tried to get drinks and snacks one night from the hotel 'store'. Choices were extremely limited and front desk staff were not very helpful. Not a bad place overall."
