"Me quede 15 dias en Barranquilla porque me iba a operar. Ya una vez me habia quedado con mi hijo y habia sido maravilloso. Esta vez le hable tan lindo a mi esposo de todo que apenas llegue me lleve la sorpresa de: mal servicio, muy muy malo. Nadie saludaba del Front desk ni contestaban saludo. nadie ofrecia para el desayuno atenderte. Literal nos tuvimos que quejar para que todo cambiara. El unico señor maravilloso que hasta me recordo es el de las maletas. Disculpame que no me recuerdo el nombre pero gracias por ser tan atento y especial. Ep Hotel esta muy bien ubicado. Pedi cambiarme a la habitacion grande ya que esa tuve la vez pasada. La pequeña no me gusta ni la recomiendo. Como consejo: el staff debe mejorar, saludar (como buenos Colombiano que somos) y que tristeza que no fue asi esta vez. Si me preguntan si me quedaria nuevamente? No, solo por la mala experiencia con el personal."
