"Hotel was great and the staff was amazing. Outside looks can fool you but inside is clean and smells great. My family forgot a phone inside the room after check out and the front desk staff member went above and beyond going through the room multiple times until she found it and then mailed it to us. She truly made a bad moment in our trip a small hiccup. "

"From check in till check out everything was pleasant. The staff was super friendly and was genuinely ready to assist me with whatever my need were. I got a birthday surprise (wine and cookies) because I mentioned my reason for the stay. They told me I could have called ahead so if you have a birthday when booking please mention it so you can get a room treat. The Saltwood restaurant has a great happy hour. I didn't care for the room service breakfast meals but that doesn't take away my feelings about the resort overall. Everything was lovely and I would recommend this place for a solo trip, couples trip, girls stay in etc. Grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at the Sanctuary. The name speaks for itself.
