"The hotel charged a $10.60 parking fee but provided no service in consideration of this fee. I was not asked about the description of my vehicle or given a parking pass to place in the vehicle, presumably as a way to identify that I had paid. If the intent of this parking-fee is policy is to dissuade non-guests from parking on the hotel premises, nothing in this policy would achieve this goal. A car, whose driver paid the fee as a guest, would appear the same as the car of a non-guest who did not pay the fee. This policy appears capricious at best, and a shake-down at worst. I will be demanding a refund of the $10.60 that I paid."

"Unique hotel in the heart of Annapolis. The room was lovely, comfortable and well equipped. Parking was a bit expensive $32 one day and strange, couldnt actually park in the covered garrage that was only for vallette patrons. Would have been nice to have a regular coffee maker in the room, only instant coffee was on offer. "

"This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Our family has traveled quite extensively around the US and I've never been in a hotel that was so utterly disgusting to be in zero service and poor customer service. Find anywhere else to stay even if that means staying in your own car. The room itself had paint peeling off the ceiling with cracks on every wall. The floor was buckling from a poor installation, and there was rust on the front door hinges the bathroom hinges with paint falling off the ceiling in the bathroom. There's no way this was built to code as the plugs were at the level of the mattress behind the bed. If there was any kind of electrical issues the bed would be the first to catch on fire. As I stated, it would've been better for us to just stay in our car."
