"Résidence à fuir car le personnel sur place est très déplorable et pas professionnel La personne sur place s’est permise de nous décaler la reservation sans nous prévenir sous prétexte qu’il avait un problème dans l’appartement. "L'environnement était très bruyant toutes les nuits et le niveaux de propreté général de la résidence est médiocre. La literie est également décevante. Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement). "I was impressed with the people who work here; they made us feel at home in such a sincere way that you cannot pay for...the Moroccan food was particularly comforting and the breakfast buffet was spectacular. It's a new hotel and they are working out the kinks but the spirit is right and it made all the difference. "

"Absolutely loved the rooftop pool area, and the lounge and breakfast had fantastic options. Harfssa brought us traditional Moroccan breakfast dishes to try and was super attentive - one of the best waitresses we have ever had! The staff was accommodating of a late check out request, allowed us to still access the lounge after checkout while waiting for our taxi, and assisted with booking and adjusting multiple taxi rides. Everyone was lovely and treated us like royalty "
