"We were happy with the service and the condition of the apartment. Our last day before leaving the apartment we invited families and friends for lunch because the living room is small, so we managed having some of us sitting on the carpet on the floor and we all happy. There is a nice mall next door so it's convenience. The place is clean and very good. The lobby people who work there were very helpful. We will definitely rent at the Transpark Cibubur again in the future. "

"The biggest issue with this property is the noise from the traffic from a main roadway next to the hotel. The noise went well into the night even though we were on the 35th floor. The hotel did provide air plugs upon request. "

"The resort is beautiful. The staff are beautiful. The spa is very nice. Breakfast is among the best I have eaten anywhere, with tremendous variety. Unfortunately a (nearby?) mosque starts its prayers at 4 AM and plays them on a loudspeaker as loud as the system can push. So sleeping past 4 AM takes discipline I simply do not have. This is not the fault of the resort. Perhaps they can talk to the Imam to get him to turn down the volume? Alternately, the resort could replace all the glazing with triple-glazed sound proofed units? A costly solution for sure, but maybe that would help? Perhaps some 'anti-sound' system within the rooms might help? The people at the resort were simply amazing and acknowledged our concern and are even more impacted for sure than we were for our 2 night stay. So I felt bad for them. I adapted by going to bed at 8 PM and during our stay."

However, at 1am on my last night was disrupted by a malfunctioning electrical panel that caused the lights and air conditioning to flicker on and off. As the issue couldn't be fixed on the spot, the hotel moved everyone on my floor to different rooms for the remainder of the night. I refused to as I didnt want to everything for a few hours also the AC seemed to work for a couple more hours until it completely stopped. By that time it was already 4am and I had to be up at 6am to leave for the airport at 7am. So that left me a zombie for my long flight. The joy of a new development"

"Staff are great, took care of us. The experience was applied by the lobby restaurant and bar. Firstly, it's a bar, but doesn't serve alcohol??? Some food on menu was not available. The band in the bar was TERRIBLE. Very loud drumming, we got up and left, far better food options in the mall downstairs "
