Have stayed at the property several times and it is my go to when in town visiting daughter at Arkansas State. The breakfast is 2nd to none and the property is always well maintained. The rooms are always clean and staff is there to help when needed.

The breakfast selection was very good. The staff kept the food refilled when it was running low; they were very helpful and courteous. Our room was clean and pleasant, with one exception: The shower curtain had a sour smell to it. We've stayed in many different hotels of different chains, and this always seems to be a problem! The hall carpets need to be cleaned, but overall, our stay there was a very pleasant experience.

This Embassy Suites that is located in cute, quaint Jonesboro, Arkansas is hands down, THE best, comfiest, and CLEANEST hotel that I have ever stayed in in my 51 years of life! Not only does this reflect on the name-brand itself, but it says a whole bunch for the front line workers that maintain the cleanliness and upkeep within their walls. ** SHOUTOUT & KUDOS TO HOUSEKEEPING & THE KITCHEN STAFF!!! ** Thank ya’ll for all you do! Checked into our room and it clearly had not been cleaned from previous guest. Front desk did quickly move us to a clean room. Pool was closed. AC was not working well, maintenance man did come and service it and temp dropped about 5 degrees but never cooled to our liking. Requested bedding for pull out and it took housekeeping about an hour to deliver. Loved the omlette station at breakfast but sausage and ham on buffet tasted funny. Beautiful hotel but several issues will make us probably not return in the future.
