"The book in system was ridiculous I might have well not used Expedia as the whole booking system had to be repeated when prior to arrival Once using Expedia I gave as much information as required when booking but repeated and gave more information when doing check in to obtain the requirements needed check in and get code numbers to access my booking room I might add during my 3 day stay that I assisted 6 other bookings in contacting the assistance phone to check in to the hotel .some...

"Tahlia at reception was friendly and efficient. It was a fabulous welcome.The complementary arrival drink was a nice suprise! Highly recommend eating at Kin. High quality meals for us. Bed was very comfortable and pillows just right. Bathroom very clean and well maintained, with the installation of water filters the water tasted great. The room was incredible value for money. The only drawback was $30 a night parking for open air non-secured space."

"Bar closes at 11pm. Refused me service from 10.40pm but continued serving others. And no, I was not intoxicated. I had been told the bar was closing evidently. The latecomers had not. They were still there when I returned from the local pub. You are supposed to aspire to something adult, young lady (bar manager) and being a Karen is not being adult."
