"Booked hotel because it had an indoor pool. It was closed for painting. Why on one of the busiest family weekends of the year? Unaware hotel allows pets. Ran into a dog the size of a small horse in the hallway. Makes me wonder how many accidents, pet hair, etc gets left. Room had a lot of wear & tear in the bathroom & every door frame was beat up. Flat pillows. TV had few subscribed stations & those were old shows. Staff not overly friendly. Room done up (not cleaned) very late in the day. On a positive note, the breakfast was great!! Guy that runs it really awesome! He should work the front desk!"
"Kept finding spiders in the room. Kids yelled outside our door for over an hour the first morning. The check in desk (seemed always staffed) was same distance away. No way they didn’t hear it. Trying to find somewhere to park was a mess. Drove around up to 20 minutes and no matter where you park, everyone is close enough to ding each other. A few Saskatchewan and Alberta trucks took 2 spots (slanted parking) making it that much harder to find anywhere to park. Clearly not supervised lot. No restaurant until 3pm, bring your own breakfast and lunch, no gift shop or place to buy any forgotten items. "
"Was disappointed that the adult outdoor hot tub was out of order. The main hot tub was full out whole visit due to a kids hockey tournament. Besides that good stay "
