"We were traveling that day and we arrived 1 1/2 hour early (check in is at 3 PM) and our room was ready. However, under the hotel policy we would have had to pay an additional $50.00 +taxes to check in at 1:30 PM. We do not think that this is a welcoming business policy and shows signs of destitution. It is definitely a deterrent for our future businesses. Also, the hotel was undergoing major renovations at that time but it did not impact our stay."
