"Pool was clean but placing flowering trees right next to it made laying on chairs a debris nightmare. Gym was great. PIVOT was a nice addition. Stayed there for 3 nights and my room was never cleaned. This is not the level of service I have come to expect considering I have stayed there before and this is part of the Marriott organization."

Our room had a well appointed kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, dishwasher, sm. coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, saucers, cups and glasses, NICE SOFA BED AREAThe location was excellent, right off of the and near a grocery AND drug store, restaurants/fast food. The staff was excellent - always responding in a timely and respectful manner (front desk, housekeeping AND maintenance!). Breakfast was meh ok, but what do expect - sufficient for a free meal. Pool area was pretty good, my grandchildren enjoyed it immensely. Anyway my husband and I enjoyed our visit at HYATT HOUSE SAN RAMON, CA."
