Excellent hotel with great service

Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff and very good food. There are 2 restaurants, both good but suggest doing advance booking for the Pot Luck Club restaurant, it is very good. Hotel is in safe area, can walk down to Melrose Arch through park, no problem.

Lovely boutique hotel in a safe and attractive neighbourhood. Wonderful staff and nice breakfast. Restaurant pleasant for an evening meal if you do not wish to venture out. Incredible service, beautiful hotel

You know you’re in a great hotel when you interact with the staff. It was honestly 5-star service! They have one of the most sought after restaurants on site (the potluck club) and the rooms and grounds are so well maintained. This was a luxurious peaceful experience.

An Oasis in the City with Friendly Staff

Beautiful property. Like a little oasis! The rooms were lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated how friendly the staff was. We were especially grateful for their accommodation as we stayed late on our last day, waiting for our evening flight. Highly recommend!

The staff were very helpful. We left our suitcase there whilst we travelled first to kruger and back, then Victoria falls and back. Breakfast service was slow the first 2 we stayed but today they had a buffet which worked perfectly. We are sitting by the pool as i write this.
