"the room smelled and was not happy with the price we paid. i’m from Tampa and expected what the pictures showed. we was enjoying ourselves at the beach which was the best part about the trip and was told we had to move to accommodate the wedding that you had. we were paying customers and then my granddaughters had to go thru another hotel to get to your pool and then was told to had to leave the pool because the didn’t have a key on and that never happened to us before"

"The hotel is very nice and would give it a 5 star review but breakfast was a disaster. The hotel was clearly not prepared for a spring break and the amount of guests having breakfast in a short window: 6:30-9:30am. Who gets up at 6:30am on vacations anyway??? There was not enough tables and chairs, plates, coffee mugs etc. The line was always long to the buffet since they close the breakfast area exactly at 9:30. "

"A little too rowdy for my taste. Kind of run down but don’t regret staying there but would not repeat. "

"We nooked based on previous stays about 5 years ago. The rate is high for a great hotel. BUT, Eveidently new management policies allow unruly teenagers to roam the halls at all hours of the afternoon and night. Noisy, screaming to friends and banging on doors. Security was more involved eith checking every car that came in the lot to ensure they were guests. Won't be back!! SAD"

"It's an old hotel in the heart of St. Pete's so with that in mind I realize that it has it's quirks. But we had no hot water the whole time we were there. Just be aware. "

"Elevator has been broken for a year Bobby pin in toilet room 919 has rusted and still sits there Coffee in lobby would be nice Cleanliness is only ok in rooms "

"Bar bones and excellent if you need to be in that part of town. Walking distance to many activities. Don't expect luxury but it does have a fridge and microwave."
