"Our overall stay was among the worst I've experienced. From check in to check out. The staff was indifferent and couldn't care less about your concerns. The place was under construction and work was noisy from 6 am.until late evening. Pools were overly crowded with teenagers there for a baseball tournament and not properly supervised. The staff did nothing. The teenagers were rowdy, pushing other's in , jumping, diving and running around making it impossible for others to enjoy themselves and feel safe for their small children. Staffers did nothing. Bar area's closed early. Food was only served in the bar area, no indoor service. TV in the room was not working, volume was only available through headphones, again staff did nothing. Room service skipped our room twice, had to ask for towels and have trash removed. Overall for the price of over 600 per night, I expected much better. Will never return. Nor will I ever recommend.."
