F&B needs immediate attention of management

F&B needs a major overhauling. Food lacked taste and the services in restaurant were equally bad except that Mr. M. S. Chauhan was prompt, courteous and running pillars and posts to get things done.

Very nice and clean hotel, for family. It is very high class in terms of amenities, has a nice pub as well. Good restaurant and the area it is located is not necessarily right in the main spot, but nearby only. It is close to the airport. So a big plus. Overall great place to stay.

Near to the airport, perfect for an overnight stay. Also for family trip, this hotel is very good. Staff will serve you with a smile and will never say no. Positive attitude of the support staff and good spacious rooms is what you will get here.

Great service but terrible premises

Park Plaza employs wonderful people as their staff and the quality of service and hospitality offered match those of a 5-star hotel. But the premises alone are anything but. The building, rooms and facilities are 3-star at best. It doesn’t feel contemporary or traditional or business-friendly - the walls and furniture in the room are dusty and stained; the room key and security system was unrealiable (I had to run back to the reception 2x to get it fixed); the gym was seriously pathetic with rusty weights and very questionable equipment. Having said that, again service was great, staff was accommodating and helpful.. if only they could fix the premises.. Location-wise it’s not too bad, not too near to the Old City but that’s fine.. and it’s a 5-min drive to the airport

Not good enough for a 4star

We had two nights at this hotel. The first impression was very positive, friendly welcome, large and bright lobby and spacious room. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed with the professionalism, and was transferred from one department to the other when we asked for a service. There was an empty minibar in the room, and when we asked about it, we were told that it would be available from next week; we could immediately sense a complete lack of hospitality. Although the food was good, there were several discrepancies in the restaurant menu. We didn‘t receive entirely what was mentioned for an item. In spite of everything, we had a wonderful time in the beautiful city!

i like this hotel !

it is not too good, however i like this hotel. staffs are very friendly and kind enough, you feel at first happy to their attitude/ location is also good, very near from the airport and palace. food and bar were good, i enjoyed an happy hour drink one for one. only one point need to mention, shower water pressure was weak n not hot enough, improvement is required.

Budget-Hotel an der Hauptverkehrsstraße.

Sehr freundliches Personal beim Check-In und während des Aufenthalts. Nette Bar mit umtriebigen Barkeeper. Zimmer waren alt, abgewohnt und für ein Hotel der Rezidor-Group etwas unter Standard. Hotelpool war eiskalt und von Tauben überbevölkert. Die angepriesene Roof-Top-Bar war leider nicht mehr existent.
