Os funcionários são maravilhosos, solícitos e educados, a localização e o estacionamento são ótimos. Mas, a estrutura do hotel é quarto deixam bastante a desejar, camas muito duras e desconfortáveis, ar condicionado demora muito para esfriar, elevador esteve “em manutenção” nos dois dias de estadia e o elevador de serviço que estava sendo usado muito sujo. Café da manhã é razoável. Enfim, não achei compatível com o valor.

Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln, es hat einfach nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen und war viel zu klein und "stinkig". Mit dem neuen Zimmer waren wir rundum zufrieden, dazu möchten wir auch ein grosses Dankeschön an die Gerente ausprechen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Morgenbuffet ebenfalls sehr gut und viel seitig. Was uns am meisten gestört hat war dass es nur einen Lift hat im ganzen Hotel. So mussten wir meisten auf den Mitarbeiter Lift ausweichen. Ein weiterer negativ Punkt war der Fitnessraum, welcher nicht gewartet wurde und die Geräte funktionierten nur sehr schlecht oder gar nicht. Ansonsten alles ok.

Viajei com meu pai e, pelo valor da estadia, estava esperando algo melhor. O quarto é bom em termos de tamanho mas está precisando de reformas: não tem tomadas suficientes e o banheiro não tem ventilação, precisa colocar um exaustor... Por conta da falta de ventilação os rejuntes dos banheiros estão escuros e os espelhos embolorados, passa uma impressão de sujeira, bem ruim. O café da manhã é ok mas achei as opções muito "pesadas". Por estar no Nordeste, queria muito ter uma tapioca feita na hora e eles não tem essa comodidade. Além disso, a academia também precisa de uma manutenção... Vários aparelhos quebrados e antigos. A piscina é boa mas o serviço de restaurante deixa a desejar - bem demorado e muitas opções do cardápio na verdade nunca estão disponíveis... O que salvou é a localização do hotel que realmente é muito boa e próxima à praia e vários restaurantes muito bons.
