Muitos dias antes chegada me pediram contato,passei meu wats,mas nao retornaram.Ao chegar lá,demoramos pra entrar,pois faltava documentacao.Mas,porque pediram contato❓️❓️O apto é otimo,mas se chove entra muita agua pelo janelao da sala(falta vedacao nos vidros janelao.Localizacao excedente e beira mar.
