"Great location. Just past the main tourist walking street in Pingyao and it is accessible by licensed vehicles. The owner arranged a free pick up from the regular train station. Location is excellent. We also got upgraded to a better room with a larger bath. Room is very clean, bed is very comfy and owner is super nice explaining all the attractions, tours and shows patiently. Free Wi-fi works great, constant hot water and there is heat during the winter. Very authentic experience just like...

"We unfortunately could not stay in the hotel due to change of plan at last minute, but the hotel staff got in touch with us to make sure we would be only charged for a single night which was much appreciated. "
