"Excellent hotel for families with young kids. It's not high-end or fancy but it's clean, convenient with good service. We stayed in a deluxe family room with a king-size bed and a full-size sofa bed, perfect for a family of 4. The room is a corner room and has floor to ceiling glass windows on two sides with a great city view. The hotel has a Chinese crafts and gift shop that also offers daily crafts lessons. My kids enjoyed making things there after coming back from sightseeing: coloring kites, making brooches, etc. That was some quality no-screen time. Love the breakfast buffet, which has Chinese and Western options. Walking distance to Wangfujing and many restaurants at all price ranges. The hotel staff is very helpful. e.g. they helped us book a private car to go to the Great Wall, and even gave us two umbrellas as we were getting in the car because there was rain in the forecast. I ended up using the umbrellas as trekking poles, haha! The gym and pool are nice. The hotel has a self-service laundry room where you can relax on the couch. Very happy with the stay!"
