"The central heating is far too warm and felt suffocating and sweating. The temperature setting was around 26-30c which is not ideal and definitely not the right setting. Sheraton should have a standard data on suitability ambient temperature for public."

"Great location and friendly staff. One thing I was dissatisfied with was the hot water system. The first time I turned on the hot water at the bath tub and vanity, the pipe had bursted and very brown water came out. One of the USB ports and plugs by the bedside was also loose/broken.
