"Room and staff are great! Just FYI…there is not microwave in the room and there is only two shuttle pickups from the Cruise Terminal at 7:30AM & 8:30AM. I booked this hotel for the shuttle benefit but we couldn’t even get off the ship until 8:30AM and then ended up having to wait over an hour for a Lyft. If you need reliable shuttle options for pick-up, I’d look elsewhere. They had a ton of options for drop off times at the terminal, it doesn’t make sense for only 2 super early options for pickup."

From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, communicative, and truly went above and beyond to take great care of my family and me. I especially appreciated how they handled some items we accidentally left behind. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional in returning our belongings, which meant so much to us! The rooms were **very spacious, clean, and comfortable**, making it a perfect place for our family to relax. The food was amazing, and the **Tiki Bar was fantastic!** The drinks were absolutely delicious, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The entire staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend Homewood Suites to anyone visiting the area, especially if you're getting ready to go on a cruise. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! If I could give **10 stars, I absolutely would!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We will definitely be back!"

"Our room was great. Surprised that housekeeping only comes every 3rd day and had to walk down to the front desk request clean towels and extra Kleenex on our 2nd day. There was trash and debris in the hallway of the 5th floor for a day and a half because there wasn’t daily housekeeping maintenance. I informed the staff at the front desk who seemed surprised but nothing had been cleaned up by the end of the day. We booked the shuttle service through the hotel to the cruise port, which ran 30 minutes late."
