"Terrible stay.Rooms are very old and not maintained.Room smells fried oil all the time and very strong odor.Mold in the ceiling ,the wood floor is broken and has lot of wide cracks.closet door is broken and missing a panel.Ac was not working and room was very hot .WORSE HOTEL TO STAY IN ."

"Everything about this hotel was wonderful!!! The location was perfect. It was right on the canal and only steps away from the water taxi. It was a short walk to Saint Mark’s Square. We received a complimentary tour of the glass blowing on Murano. The staff was magnificent!!"

San Marco Palace
"Avoid this unless there is absolutely no other good option available. There was no iron, bedsheets sofa was really bad and I was worried if there are bed bugs or hygienic. Hotel staff are rude. Hair dryer is a joke! Location only is perfect ! That’s the only good thing about this hotel."
