"Staff was exceptionally rude and inattentive. This is a busy season but the facilities were poorly managed and clearly understaffed. Property seemed clearly aged and in need of replacement of furniture, carpets and air circulation. The air scent diffuser were overpowering trying to cover up bad smells. Front desk and non-existent client services were completely unprofessional and disorganized. Calling the front desk or the room service from your room goes unanswered. We had to beg to get fresh towels, and one of them had holes in them. The elevators are always full and long lines everywhere. Multiple physical altercations from some aggressive customers in the arcade were observed. We felt tense from constantly seeing EMT and the police on premises addressing the constant fights."

"Stayed from Sunday to Tuesday. Room was nice, clean ( not up to my standard clean but ok), comfortable. No microwave in the room which would’ve been great. Beds were very very comfortable. Shower was great. Staff not so friendly or informative at check in and check out. The restaurant was not open Monday or Tuesday which was very disappointing. The pool looked nice, walked in, no available chairs so walked right out. This was also disappointing. People but towels on the chairs and leave. Like any other vacation place. This should not be allowed. The smoke in the casinos was choking. Wish they did without the smoking in them. The bar in the middle of the casino was very nice and fun. We had a good time. Overall pretty nice stay. "

"We had a great stay. Bed was clean and comfortable. However, the lounge chair in the room was filthy/stained, and the pretty shower leaked EVERYWHERE! Plus, no charging on one side of the bed/night stand. Weird. Nice dinner at the American Grill and the machines were very good to us. We will be back."

"I love old buildings so I stay here often . It’s very classy and period correct, very clean . They do not have a merchant for water , soda, chips etc…. So I bring this with me when I stay . "
