Jersey City hotel rooms a the Four Seasons

"The first room was next to the elevator and we couldn’t sleep, but the next day we were able to change rooms and it was fast and no issues. "

"This hotel was below standards. First, the pot holes in the front parking area. My hotel keys didn’t work. The pool said closed until further notice. The room was old and needs updating. The doors to the rooms need painting and the door locks are old and outdated. The couch was sunken in. The bathroom.. around the tub was mold. The shower/ tub.. it was hard to pull up the bath spout for the shower. I thought it was going to break. The continental breakfast was a joke. They handed you a baggy with an orange and kids size orange juice and yogurt. What happened to the bagels. Overnall, the hotel was not up to what I’d expected from La Quinta. I usually look for LaQuinta hotels. I think I will look at other hotels next time."

"The room is clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable. My family and I were very happy. But the WiFi didn’t work and we weren’t able to use our tech devices as desired. I have never been in a hotel where the internet condition was poor or dysfunctional… first time!"
