M2...not “Bluebird Suites”

No where on the building do the words “Bluebird Suites” appear. This was an apartment, not a hotel room. Parking was not included, so I had to pay to park at another hotel about a block away. We needed a wristband to access the pool area, which was not provided. Notes included with our check in required us to clean the place and remove our trash from the room. The views of NYC from the outside patio were nice. The lack of communication through the booking left us confused and the people that were working the front desk seemed to not know what was going on. One door had a missing handle, which we found on the washing machine. The bathroom door was missing the door stop from behind. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector when we arrived, which led us to believe the previous guest was smoking in there. Floors and walls were marked up as well.

We loved our stay at Bluebird Suites. I would just recommend that you confirm with staff about your pool tags before your stay as there is paperwork involved. Our place was clean and the view was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Property was great, very clean, beautiful view, and came with a nice welcome package. The tub in the bathroom was a soaking tub, but the stopper was broken. Because my boyfriend was in need of a tub, we did have to go out to by a stopper from the local Home Depot. Communication wasn't great as we were calling for days to get an extension on our stay, but wouldn't receive any kind of feedback until the middle of the night via email. Other than that, the stay was great and the grounds are gorgeous. Will be going back soon.

Parked at doubletree which was great. Front desk where we got was not very nice. It all worked out. Also the building where apt was did not have blue bird Suites on it so was confusing

Building and amenities great but apartment needs h

Note: This is not a hotel. You are renting an apartment. The building was well kept, the views of Manhattan were fun, and the amenities were great; however, the apartment was in need of some attention. The apartment walls need to be fixed and painted. The bathroom ceiling needs to repaired. The carpet is aweful. The layout of the apartment was nice and it was quiet all of the time. I never heard our neighbors. It is just very unfortunate that the apartment didn't match the rest of the building, which was very clean and in good condition. Also, we requested parking twice and received two emails acknowledging the request but when we arrived there was nothing and we had to park at Double Tree's parking garage.

Lækker lejlighed tæt på storbyen.

Værelserne var nydeligt indrettede og med en flot udsigt over Manhattan Skyline. Faciliteterne (pool, tagterrasse, game room og fitnessrum) var flotte og indbydende og familievenlige. Nogle af børnene fik lidt udslæt af at være for længe i poolen, så det kunne tyde på at vandkvaliteten ikke lever op til danske standarder. Til gengæld var det en pæn pool, og der var altid livredder tilstede. Køkkenet var lækkert, men sparsomt indrettet. Vi kunne dog sagtens tilberede enkle måltider. Kaffemaskinen fungerede ikke da vi kom, men den blev lynhurtigt erstattet med en ny. Der er gode togforbindelser til Manhattan, men man skal være opmærksom på, at det kan kræve flere slags billetter, hvis man skal rejse meget. Hvis man leder lidt, kan man sagtens finde gode restauranter og butikker i lokalområdet.

There was no property. This is a scam. They show you this picture and then when you get there it is a different property. By the way, it is an apartment so they have to send out for keys and if you go after 5:00(Even though it reads between 5 and 7:30) there is no one there to help you. Our American Express did a verification, when we clicked OK, they never processed so when we showed up with the American Express(We made the reservation online early that day), we waited an hour to two hours, we were late for our show and the lady on the phone was not able to process any credit cards or even cash in person to give us our reservation. They stated it was a third party and they were closed for the night. Expedia did not even assist us, because they have no telephone numbers to call. We went to the show late and went to another hotel.

Super Aussicht auf Downtown und Uptown von NewYork. Entfernung zur Path Station Newport 8min zu Fuss. Supermarkt um die Ecke 300m entfernt. Uns hat es aehr gut gefallen. Schlüssel gibt's im Umschlag bei der Rezeption M2. Gerne wieder

The M2 is really nice and clean. The only thing is that they DO NOT offer parking services unless you stay for more than 5 days. You have to go park a block away from the apartment unit, which they don’t say when you’re about to get the apartment . Other than that pleasant experience.

Übernachtung für 3 Tage mit Familie

Wir waren für 3 Nächte hier. 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist die Metro-Station 50m. Frühstück sehr gut. Montag gibt es ein Abendessen welches im Preis inklusive war. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Indoor Pool und Fitnessraum sehr sauber. Nur Valet Parking möglich - 50$ pro Tag. Auto wird aufgrund der Nähe zur Metro nicht benötigt. Das nächste mal kommen wir ohne Auto. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Aparta Hotel super bem localizado, próximo ao metrô; tinha um quarto com suite e outro grande fora o sofá cama da sala! A cozinha perfeita! Não posso reclamar de nada ! Supermercado a menos de um quarteirão !
