"Absolutely dirty, smells like dog,weed,smoke"

"The room smelled mold, we turned the air conditioning to maximum but still couldn't remove the smell, so I am worried about my health. The hotel is supposed to be 3 star, but I feel it's more like 2 star. "

"We were told water was shut off for work being done but it was turned back on within the hour after check in. That night a fire alarm woke us up at 3am so we exited as told over the speaker only to get to the lobby and told it was a false alarm. Seems like a lot of problems being handled by the staff."

"There's nothing unique with the property. When we got in, the toiletries pump were not working fine. Told the stuff, he came right away to fix it."

"Rooms are dated, horrible lighting, some things didn’t work - like exhaust fan in bathroom."

"The room felt a little tired but overall it is a nice room, great location, great breakfast buffet that is kept clean, and the staff are especially nice (especially the young lady who checked us in). The coffee was weak, but otherwise I would recommend staying here."
