"Das Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck. Uns ist positiv aufgefallen, dass das Personal sehr sehr freundlich war. Beim Frühstück kam uns der Bereich des Büffet etwas klein vor. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüffet war gerade noch in Ordnung. Alles in allem würde ich wieder in diesem Hotel buchen.
Wir haben uns während des Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kleines Highlight war der Strandkorb den man für einen Tag kostenlos belegen kann. "

"At first they did not provide a room matching the reservation (Deluxe double room with harbor view) saying there were none available. Only after requesting to speak to the manager and showing the Hotels.com reservation confirmation was there apparently such a room available...."

"WLan nur in der Lobby 2 Häuser weiter, Ausstattung veraltet und lückenhaft (kein Zahnputzglas, Bett extrem weich, Wasserkocher und echte Bettdecke nur auf Nachfrage), dafür neben Kurtaxe Sondergebühren für Parken auf Schotterweg (12 Euro die Nacht) und Endreinigung (30 Euro) - zwischendurch gibt es keinerlei Service, nicht mal Müll wird entsorgt.
Auch das Frühstück kostet extra und ist Glückssache bezüglich dem, was es gibt, wann es Frühstück gibt (einmal ging es 40 Minuten später als...

"Wir haben das Resort spontan für ein paar Tage gebucht und waren total zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Wir konnten vor Ort noch all inclusive buchen und hatten zu dem schönen, geräumigen Zimmer jetzt auch noch drei Mahlzeiten, Kaffee und Kuchen und Getränke kostenlos. Alle Aktivitäten, wie Bowling, Kino oder Activity Hall waren im Preis inbegriffen. Während ich bei anderen Ferienparks das dreifache nur für die Unterkunft bezahlt hätte, war hier wirklich alles im Preis...

"Nice service, tasty dinner, relaxing spa area. They allowed us to use the spa area even after check out on the day of the departure. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. Just one thing, the hotel didn't offer seafood breakfast like smoke salmon or shrimp salad, which are typical for four star hotels in Germany (especially in northern Germany). The breakfast quality was otherwise okay, but with seafood the quality would have been significantly higher. "
