Funcionários muito educados e dispostos! Café da manhã fica a desejar. Ou não tem espaço suficiente para sentar, ou se for um pouco mais tarde, não tem quase nada! Mas é um bom custo benefício! Super bem localizada.

Não Recomendo! Cadê da manhã Péssimo sem variedades eles enchem a mesa de ornamentação o bolo só tem gosto de água e açúcar, o pão duro cliente merece pão fresquinho do dia, ovo cru e uma salsciha péssima todo dia a mesma coisa, um hotel com uma diária tão cara e oferece um café da manhã terrível desse,

Lugar aconchegante

Ótima opção de hospedagem, recepção muito atenciosa, área da piscina agradável, excelente localização, quarto um pouco antigo com alguns problemas de manutenção e cuidado, mas nada que desabone no conjunto. Recomendo a todos.

A Pousada bem localizada, o quarto é confortável. Chuveiro do segundo andar era muito fraco. Café da manhã ok. A recreação que vendem não aconteceu, não dá pra dizer que tem recreação. Eles colocam umas coisas para as pessoas, mas não tem supervisão.

Bom custo benefício. Excelente localização em jeri, próximo a tudo! Atendimento razoável , pouca atenção aos hóspedes e falta de comunicação quarto e recepção que fica longe ! Muito barulhento, sem muitas regras após as 23h! Água faltou 2 vezes e achei super chato pq é no mesmo horário , então já sabem o problema!!

Hotel com o melhor recepcionista Sr. ÍCARO.

Acomodação muito boa. Boa estrutura. Excelente localização. Mas a nota máxima vai para os funcionários, que são de extrema simpatia, sempre tentando ao máximo proporcionar o melhor atendimento, mesmo com certas limitações. Pessoas que vestem a camisa do Hotel e se dedicam diariamente para manter o hóspedes confortáveis e satisfeitos. E a nota 1000 vai para o Sr. Ícaro e a D. Maria, pessoas maravilhosas que nos tratam como da família. Dica: o "carrinho" da Yakissoba em frente ao Hotel é ótimo, a Sra. nos trata com muito carinho e dedicação.

A estrutura social muito boa, mas ois quartos eram ruins. Pia vazando, porta do box que não fecha, abajur e interruptor no meio da cama, quando choveu o quarto virou uma cachoeira. Mudamos de quarto por conta da chuva, esse novo quarto está um pouco melhor, mas ainda muito mal estruturado.

Bra hotel och mycket trevliga personaler. Det har en mycket fin inredning och mycket bra utrymmen på rummet. Det som saknas är bättre belysning i rummet, för belysning i duschrummet är mycket bra. Mycket bra frukost, jobbigt med alldeles för många flugor som störs vid frukost. Men personaler gör allt dom kan för att få bort dom. Dom måste sköta om hotel innan det börja sönderfalla; för det skulle vara väldigt synd om det händer.

Atendimento e os funcionários são ótimo, café da manhã bem completo com várias opções, bem localizado na vila, mas falta ser melhor administrado fizeram o tratamento da água da piscina no sábado a mesma ficou interditada até o domingo.

Foi incrivel, hotel perto do centrinho de Jeri, o cafe era otimo com a senhora fazendo tapioca deliciosa, o.ponto alto fica pra decoracao do hotel com pecas belissimas de madeira, a piscina tb é otima. Nota 10 para o recepcionista Junior!

O ar condicionado não desligava, ficava 24hrs funcionando, de dia era ótimo, mas de noite sentíamos frio. O pousada nos deu lençóis extra. O resto estava muito bom. O café da manhã era ótimo, tinha tapioca on-line, saindo na hora. A piscina é ótima também, fica em um andar acima do térreo e no deck da vista pra vila, muito bonito e agradável

Falta alguém para tomar conta

O hotel carece de cuidados de algum gerente ou dono. A cidade é maravilhosa e as oportunidades de turismo fantásticas. Mas falta condições mínimas : um bar na piscina, restaurante do hotel, melhorar muito o café da manhã (mamão e melancia pareciam que vinham da xepa), um computador ou rede de acesso à internet, telefone e cofre no quarto e, o mais importante, a simpatia dos atendentes que destoou da cidade, pois parecem estar insatisfeitos. O prêmio de pior funcionário fica para a Cris, com certeza, que não tem condições nenhuma para tratar com o público. A regra é : turista bem tratado, volta, turista mal tratado espalha que o local não é bom. Quer arriscar ?
