Staff was brilliant and helpful - from room tidiness to travel arrangements. I had to catch a very early flight before breakfast time and they kindly provided some takeaway bentos and arranged taxi service. The breakfast and bar service was excellent as well. Would be staying with them again when I return to Jerez.
