"The staff was very nice and friendly. Room was spacious and modern. My only complaint was that there was noise coming from somewhere on the sixth floor for three nights"
"The hotel is new. the rooms are large, clean and lovely. And the breakfast buffet has an exceptional range of food, in particular local specialties. It is better than many buffets in Seoul."
"I stayed at Its Hotel recently and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good for the price. The place is clean, cozy, and has a nice modern feel. The whole building is nonsmoking, and there’s plenty of parking, which made things easy.
Breakfast was simple but surprisingly nice — they even had cup noodles along with toast, juice, and coffee. I liked that coffee was available anytime during the day. Hot water came out right away in the shower, and having Netflix and other TV options in the room was a great bonus.
The staff were all polite and welcoming, and the hotel is in a convenient spot — about a 5–7 minute drive to Hanok Village. There are convenience stores like GS25 and 7-Eleven nearby, plus a Starbucks and several restaurants within walking distance.
The only thing I didn’t love was the bed sheet. It felt like it had a waterproof layer that made it a bit warm when sleeping.
Other than that, everything was great. For the price, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I’d definitely stay here again next time I visit Jeonju."
"Clean room and great staff. Easy check in and checkout. The heated floors in the bathroom vanity section is a nice touch. Short walk from attractions with direct access to the river."
