"도착 무더운 첫날, 에어컨이 동작하지 않아 애를 먹었습니다. 알고보니, 벽에있는 콘트롤러를 함께 작동해야 되는 것이었는데..제대로 안내가 되지 않아 전화를 걸어 신고를 하고서야 문제가 해결되었습니다. 다음은 TV 리모콘의 건전지가 다 닳아서 작동이 되지 않아 다음 날, 조치 받았습니다. 또한 방에 설치되어있는 와이파이가 제대로 작동하지 않아, 컴퓨터를 개인 스마트폰 핫스팟으로 해결하였고, 다음날 신고를 해서 오후 늦게 설치기사가 나와 임시로 개통하였습니다. 총체적으로, 손님이 바뀔 때, 기존 시설에 대한 점검을 하고, 새로운 손님을 받아야 하는데, 그런 부분에서 제대로 관리가 되지 않습니다. 스위스 마을의 랜드마크인 시계탑의 시계가 시간이 맞지 않은 채 방치되어 있고, 각 동의 1층의 상점 영업이 전혀 이루어지지 않는 것으로 보아, 코로나의 후유증이기도 하겠으나, 단지 자체가 관리가 되지 않고 죽어가고 있는 듯 합니다. 묵지는 마시고 사진이나 몇 장 찍는 것으로 방문하시기 바랍니다."

"My husband and I recently spent 2 weeks in S. Korea. Our favorite lodging was Jeju Doldam B&B (1 hr south of Jeju City by car). The B&B is in Daepyeong, a quiet seaside village & a 5-min walk to the sea & Jeju Olle Trail. The B&B is as relaxing a place as we’ve ever stayed. Owners Sue & Kwon are wonderful people. "We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, we did have a problem with the room but it was dealt with as quick as possible. The pool and jacuzzi are really nice and with the ocean view it really is beautiful. The games room and gym are good however the equipment in the gym is slightly lacking. They even put a squid games experience on which was very basic but a nice addition. We had some food which was quite expensive and not amazing but it's good enough although there are a few restaurants within walking distance that are incredible."
