Right front of Hamdeok beach and near to Seowoobong. A little noise is endurable because of lots of dinning options and conveniences around the hotel building. Hotel building is shared with the other hotel so little confused with two receptions in one area.

호텔 주차장이 부족합니다

주차장이 부족합니다 잠시 차를타고 외출다녀 왔더니 만차였습니다 그래서 프런트에 이런 경우에는 어떻게 해야하냐고 물어보니 길에 주차를 하든지 아니면 함덕해수욕장 주차장에 주차를 하랍니다 길에 대기는 싫어서 함덕해수욕장 주차장에 대고 왔습니다 호텔에서 함덕해수욕장 주차장까지는 편도 도보 6분이 걸립니다 불편하더라구요 호텔에서 주차장 부족 문제에 대해서 신경을 써줬으면 좋겠습니다 시설과 청소 상태는

두번째 방문이지만 다음에 또가고 싶어요^^

아주 좋았어요 냉난방 부분은 조금... 갑자기 더워진 제주날씨에 잠시 에어컨을 키고 싶었는데.. 불가하더라고요 아마... 정책상 가능 시기가 따로 있는듯해요 주차는 시간을 잘 맞추면 상관없지만... 주차하기가 힘들었어요 그외에는 깨끗하고 친절하시고 다 좋았어요^^ 역시 제주는 바다인데 문밖으로만 나가면 바로 바다고 주변에 상권도 잘 형성되어 너무 편했어요^^

함덕 바로 앞이라 위치 좋고, 프론트도 친절하네요. 시설은 군데군데 보수가 필요한 곳이 보이는데, 빠른 조치가 필요한듯. 그리고 호텔명이 2개가 혼합된건 정리가 필요하네요

청결에 쪼금만 신경써주셨으면해요😭😭

3박4일 제주 여행중 더아트스테이호텔이 젤 비싼곳이였는데ㅜㅜ 체크인하고 뷰를본다고 커튼 열었는데 뷰는 옆 벽에 쬐금 가려지고ㅜㅜ 창틀과 바닥에 머리카락과 생수병 하나가 그대로 있더라구요ㅜㅜ 친구는 여기호텔이 괜찮다고해서 3번째인데 청결에 쪼금 실망했네요ㅜㅜ

별로였습니다.

별로예요. 해외출장만 다녀보다가 제주도 국내 출장 처음이었는데.. 화장실에서는 찌릉내가 나고 에어컨은 작동하지도 않고 매트리스는 낡고 거울은 닦은듯만듯.. 에메니티도 구려요. 하우스키핑 부분은 진짜 수준 낮고 프론트데스크 서비스는 친절하고 좋았습니다. 조식은 11000원 주고 추가해서 먹었는데 별로예요. 위치만 함덕해수욕장이랑 가까워서 좋고.. 진짜 사진빨 개심하니 참고하세요.

여기서 예약한숙소는 바다는커녕 산도보이지 않았다 4인(성인3소아1)가족 택스포함94000원 주말..가격으로 걍 퉁쳐본다. 이호텔은 한건물언 2개이름의호텔이 섞여있어서 주차장들어갈때 밤에는 헤맬 수있다. 주차공간이 적은게 불편했으나 바로앞에 나가면 해변가라 둑에서 치맥하는 사람들도 많았다

뷰 빼고는 다 별로...

뷰는 진짜 좋은데.. 나머지는 다 별로.. 우풍 엄청 심해서 춥고 난방 안되고 벽, 천장 벽지에는 곰팡이, 모기사체.. 카페트 너뮤 더럽고 침대에 누워서 옆으로 돌리니까 쾌쾌한 카페트냄새 올라옴.. 화장실 천장에도 곰팡이천지 방음도 안되고 목욕가운도 없음 침대 매트리스 스프링 다나가서 허리 너무 아팠음 주차공간도 부족..

개인적으로 추천은 안드립니다

바다쪽 뷰는 모르겠지만 산쪽 뷰는 공사중인 건물이 있어서 아침부터 엄청시끄럽네요. 창문 열어놓고 자다 놀라서 깼습니다. 카펫깔린 더블룸이고 신발신고 돌아다니는 더블룸이라 방안에 냄새가 좀 나긴 합니다. 2인 정도면 조금 좁을 정도지만 4인가족에겐 좁네요.
