조용하고 갤러리같은 작은호텔

부띠끄호텔이라 작았지만 청결이나 서비스수준은 좋았어요 조식도 많은 종류는 아니었지만 깔끔하고 맛있었구요 조용하고 갤러리같은 분위기라 전반적으로 다 마음에 듭니다 다만 시내쪽이라 뷰는..ㅎㅎ

넓은 침대 굿~

가격대비 호텔 인테리어및 침대 편안하고 좋았습니다. 넓은 침대가 젤 맘에 듬. 조식 또한 가성비 굿입니다. 도심지에 있다보니 교통량이 많은 시기에는 협소한 2차선으로 교통 체증이 좀 있습니다. 참고하심 좋을 듯합니다.

여기 방이 없을까봐 걱정되요.

매우 만족한 숙소였습니다. 격조높고 우아하고 깔끔하고 세련된 스타일의 룸과 욕실과 서비스에 만족하고 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 강추하는 숙소입니다. 다음에도 내려오면 반드시 여기 묵겠다는 생각을 했습니다. 여기 방이 없을까봐 걱정되요.

직원들이 친절해요

아이들 데리고 묵었는데 정말 친절하게 대해주시더라구요 직원분들 친절함이 정말 좋았어요 하지만 객실이 깨끗한 느낌이 조금 부족했어요 침대에 이불안에서 머리카락도 나오고 침대밑에는 비닐도.... 청소만 더 신경써주시면 좋겠어요 방크기도 넓고 침대도 커서 아이들이랑 자기에 넓었네요 시설도크고 주차장도 바로앞이고 공항근처라 묵기엔 좋아요!

시내호텔

규모는작지만 아담하고좋았어요.객실 내부도 딴호텔보다커서 사용하기 좋았구요.수영장도 있다고하는데 그건이용못했구요.

유명한 오성급 호텔보다 훨 나은 숙소였어요 1박만해서 해서 아쉬웠어요 담에 다시 제주가면 꼭 묵고싶어요

맛집과 가까운 호텔

주차 시설은 약간 미흡하지만 나머지가 모두 뛰어난 호텔이었습니다. 다른 호텔과 비교하여도 손색 없을 정도로 인테리어가 고급집니다.

편안한 가족여행

공간이 넓어서 일단 편했으며, 시내 중심에 있어 편의점, 식당, 공항으로의 이동시 상당히 좋았습니다. 다음에 제주에 갈 일이 있다면 꼭 다시 머무르고 싶은 곳입니다.

좋지도 나쁘지도않은 쏘쏘 한 호텔

침구도 포근하고 다 좋은데, 시설 관리가 좀 미흡한점이 있지않았나 싶네요 화장실 샤워부스에선 샤워하고 나면 밖으로 물이 다 흘러나와서 물벌창이 되고 욕조 사용 하려 했으나 욕조랑 연결된 샤워기랑 수도 변환하는 벨브가 고장나있어서 욕조에 달린 샤워기는 사용도 못해봤구요..변기물 내리면 밑에서 물이 조금씩 세어나오더라구요 시설 보수점검 자주 해주셔야 할 것 같습니다 .. 방 창문을 열었는데.. 맞은편 건물 공사중 이더라구요..공사중인 건물에 밤새 불이 켜있어서 커텐을 쳐도 조금 빛이 세어 들어오는것 같았어요 원래 불 키고 자는 편이라서 불편한건 없었는데 참고하세요~ 침대 머리맡에 콘센트가 한쪽에만 있어서 핸드폰 충전하는데 조금 불편함이있어요. 핸드폰 충전하면서 핸드폰 하다 잠드시는 분이라면 참고하시구요 프론트 직원분도 친절하시고, 레스토랑 직원분도 친절하시고 직원친절도는 엄청 좋아요 호텔 로비 제일 안쪽에 있는 엘레베이터 사용해서 오르내리는데 직원용이라고 다른 카드가 있어야 사용 가능하다고 직원분이 일반손님은 못탄다고 타지 말라고 하시더라구요 .. 근데 객실에 묵는 동안,직원용이라는 엘레베이터 카드인식기에 객실 카드 찍어도 묵는 층찍히고 자동으로 올라가던데요..아니면 그 엘레베이터에 직원용이라고 써놓기라도 해주세요

가격대비해서는 거의 최고 효율이라고 생각하는 곳.

딱 호텔만 놓고 봤을때는 상당히 좋음. 기본 디럭스 룸 자체도 방이 넓은 편이고, 욕조도 있고 화장실도 확실히 분리되어 있고 나쁘지 않음. 다만 지금 당장은 바로 옆에서 공사를 하고 있어서 소음이 꽤 심함. 그리고 주변에 딱히 편의 시설이 없음. 한 5분 정도 내려가면 먹자 골목처럼 있기는 한데 거기도 두세블럭 정도라서 아주 작음. 그걸 감안한다면 합리적인 가격에 숙소 자체는 꽤나 좋다고 생각. 그리고 면세점도 가까운 편이라서 그 부분도 고려할 만한 사항임.

매우 편리하고 편안한 호텔

엑스피디아를 통해서 이용했는데, 처음은 아니지만, 제주시에 있는 식당들과 가깝고 접근성이 좋아서 매우 편리하고 방도 같은 급의 다른 호텔들보다 넓어서 매우 편했습니다. 단지 할인된 금액으로 가다보니 방이 옆건물과 바로 붙어있어서 커튼도 걷을 수가 없는 컨디션이라 좀 답답했고, 주변 공사로 일하시는 분들이 아침에 작업하시느라 좀 소란해서 불편했습니다만, 대체로 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

호텔 로비가 무척 좁았어요. 가격이 저렴해서인지 프론트 체크인에 사무적 직원응대가 좀 불친절하게 느껴졌습니다. 싼가격에 예약한 손님이라 그런가...그럴러면 이가격에 판매치 말아야지...돈에 죄지우지되는 호텔이라면 인격상 문제있는 관리자..비상사태가 나면 세월호 짝 나겠네요. 해외 호텔과 차이 많이남. 특가엔 비추

충분히 넓은 객실과 깔끔한 인테리어를 갖춘 고급스런 호텔입니다.

부띠끄 호텔답게 특색있는 인테리어를 갖추었습니다. 스탠다드 더블룸이었습니다만 여타 호텔에 비해 매우 넓은 객실크기였으며, 독립된 화장실과 커다란 욕조, 그리고 별도의 샤워부스를 모두 갖추었습니다. 소음문제도 없었습니다. 객실내 비품도 잘 갖추어져 있었습니다. 매우 만족스럽네요. 한가지 아쉬웠던 점은 샤워부스의 바닥에서 배수가 충분하지 않았다는 점과, 데스크에 주변 상점가에 대한 안내를 문의했으나 답변히 충실하지 못하고 대충 넘겼다는 느낌을 받았다는 것 입니다.

도심 속에 잇는 편안함

제주시 도심 속에 잇는 호텔이라 시내로 나가기가 용이했습니다. 호텔 내부도 깔끔하고 생각보다 그렇게 크지 않앗지만...그 안에 그래도 잇을거는 다 잇어 비교적 시설이 잘 되잇다는 생각이 들었습니다. 체크인 전에 여행가방을 맡겻는데...혹시나 하고 물엇지만 역시 흔쾌히 맡아주시더라고요~!! 암튼 다른 분들도 제주도 호텔 비싼곳 찾지말고 다른곳보다 비교적 저렴한 이곳에서 저처럼 쉬는 기간동안 편안히 잘 지냈으면 좋겠네요~
